1月19日，世界知識產權組織(WIPO)官網公佈了2021年世界知識產權日主題——知識產權和中小企業：把創意推向市場。

WIPO指出，每個企業都有自己的創意，它們將其創意與智慧相結合，創造出消費者需要的產品或服務。同時，每個企業都可以通過知識產權來保護商業資產並從中創造價值。

根據WIPO官網，當前，經濟復甦成爲當務之急，2021年的世界知識產權日將介紹知識產權體系下的各種工具，如專利、商標等，以及如何將創意推向市場;揭示中小企業在經濟發展中的關鍵作用及它們如何運用知識產權來建立更強大、更有競爭力和更有韌性的企業;強調世界知識產權組織及世界各個國家和地區的知識產權部門在爲中小企業創造有利條件以推動創新創造、促進經濟復甦和創造就業方面所發揮的核心作用。

Objectives of World IP Day 2021

當前，經濟復甦成爲當務之急，2021年世界知識產權日將：

1、介紹知識產權體系下的各種工具，如商標、外觀設計權、版權、專利、商業祕密、地理標誌等，以及如何將自己的創意推向市場；

2、揭示中小企業在經濟中的關鍵作用，以及它們如何利用知識產權來建立更強大、更有競爭力和更有韌性的企業；

3、強調世界知識產權組織及世界各地國家和地區的知識產權局在爲中小企業創造有利條件，以推動創新和創造、促進經濟復甦和創造就業方面所發揮的核心作用。

At a time when the imperative of economic recovery is high, World Intellectual Property Day 2021 will

1、introduce how the tools of the IP system – trademarks, design rights, copyright, patents, trade secrets, geographical indications, and more – can help people take their ideas to market;

2、shine a light on the critical role of SMEs in the economy and how they can use IP rights to build stronger, more competitive and resilient businesses;

3、highlight the central role that WIPO and national and regional IP offices around the world play in creating favorable conditions for SMEs to drive innovation and creativity, power economic recovery and create employment.
